Exchange/Returns:

If you have purchased directly from House of Lisieux, please contact us at hello@lisieux.com.au. We will investigate your issue and advise whether your product may be returned or exchanged. We do not allow for change of mind returns.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for the purchase.

If your items were purchased at a brick-and-mortar store, please notify the store and show proof of purchase. Please follow the exchange/return policy of that store.
