I am not a registered business; may I still apply for wholesale prices?

Wholesale prices are for our registered businesses only, but we encourage anyone with a large bulk order to contact us via hello@lisieux.com.au or 0449 777 775 and we will apply a discount for you.

I have applied for wholesale but don’t see the reduced prices?

Once you have filled out the Wholesale Account form (tick wholesale account), please send us an email or SMS that you have completed the wholesale form. We will activate your account as a wholesaler and the online prices will change.

Please note terms and conditions for Wholesale Account. If you don't meet the wholesale requirements your application will not be successful. 

What are the prices for customers if we bulk buy Roses or Rosebuds?

Is there an expiry date on the roses?

No, our real touch roses do not expire. However, please do not keep the roses in direct sunlight as to avoid the colour fading over time.

How do I maintain the rose petals if it gets dusty?

Simply use cold air from a hair dryer, a sticky lint roller or normal sticky tape to remove the dust off petals. Use a dry or damp cloth for the leaves.

The stem is too long, can you cut them shorter?

Yes, we can cut them shorter, please make a note in the special instructions box upon purchase. Please note there is a surcharge for bulk orders. 

How can I cut the stem shorter?

Our stems are wired on the inside to ensure stability and flexibility. To cut through the wire and ensure a clean cut we suggest using 200mm cutting pliers.
